Exchanges
If you purchased an item from habroksports.com and would like to exchange it for a different size, color, or style, email us at support@habroksports.com with your order number and exchange request.
Once we confirm the availability of the requested item(s), we’ll email you a return shipping label. After we receive and process your returned package, we’ll ship out the replacement.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

Be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused

Include original tags, labels, and packaging

Be free of animal hair, dander, stains, or odors

Items purchased from habroksports.com may be returned if they meet the same conditions listed above.
To request a return, email support@habroksports.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A return label will be sent via email.
You may choose one of the following refund options:

Store credit/gift card for the full item value

Refund to your original payment method
Final Sale Items & Exceptions

BOGO deals, clearance items, and final sale products: All sales are final

International orders: All sales are final – no returns or exchanges

USA Shipping Policy
Orders placed on habroksports.com are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (excluding weekends & major holidays). All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification.
We ship to all 50 states via UPS and USPS. Please note that delivery dates provided by the courier are estimates, and we do not assume liability under any circumstances for the accuracy of these dates.
International Shipping Policy
Orders placed on habroksports.com are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (excluding weekends & major holidays) and are shipped within 1 to 2 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. We ship internationally via UPS and DHL, and we highly recommend using these services for international orders.
For international orders, duties and taxes are typically collected upfront at checkout through our Shopify Market integration. However, if for any reason taxes or duties are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for covering these charges upon delivery.
Please note that we are not responsible for the loss of international shipments that are not shipped via UPS or DHL.
All Orders
We will not be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these scenarios. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping services.
The customer will be responsible for the reshipment of any order that is returned back to us for reasons such as insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc.
